It is specially developed to create a sealed low-humidity storage environment for laboratory precision samples, electronic components, optical lenses and testing consumables. Equipped with a vacuum pressure gauge, dual pressure regulating valves and multiple detachable hollow storage shelves, the cabinet is fitted with a full-circle red silicone sealing strip and metal compression latches, delivering outstanding air tightness. It supports vacuum pumping or nitrogen filling for moisture-proof, anti-oxidation and dust-proof storage, widely applied in scientific research labs, medical device manufacturers, optoelectronic processing factories and other industries.

Main Body Material

 

Made of thickened high-transmittance cast acrylic sheet with light transmittance 92%. The material features weak acid & alkali resistance, low water absorption, solid structure and anti-deformation performance. Items stored inside can be directly observed without opening the door.

 

Sealed Door Assembly

 

Front full-size hinged door with an integrated red silicone foam sealing ring embedded on the door frame for seamless fitting. Multiple sets of metal compression latches on the side evenly fasten the door to greatly improve vacuum holding capacity, enabling easy pressure relief and door opening/closing.

 

Top Air Circuit Components

 

1. Central vacuum pressure gauge: Real-time visual display of internal negative pressure value for precise vacuum degree control.

 

2. Two sets of stainless steel pressure regulating needle valves on left & right: One connects to vacuum pump for air extraction, the other for nitrogen or dry air intake. Dual air flow control realizes two storage modes: negative pressure drying and inert gas sealing.

 

Internal Storage Structure

 

Comes with 2 layers of hollow acrylic partition boards with evenly distributed holes on the surface to ensure uniform air flow and humidity circulation inside the cabinet. The shelves can be freely removed or height-adjusted to store samples of different sizes in categories, with uniform load capacity up to 8kg per layer.

 

Anti-slip Support Feet

 

Four black heightening bases at the four corners isolate ground moisture and reserve ventilation space for the cabinet bottom to protect the acrylic base panel.

6. Brief Operation Instructions

 

1. Place samples on layered shelves, close the cabinet door and fasten all side metal latches tightly.

 

2. Connect one valve to a vacuum pump for air extraction, close the valve to hold pressure after the pressure gauge reaches target vacuum level.

 

3. For nitrogen protection, inject dry nitrogen through the other valve to replace humid air inside the cabinet.

 

4. Before taking out samples, slowly open the valve for pressure relief, and open the cabinet door only after internal & external air pressure balance.
